17.—(1) The compressed air contractor shall ensure that a person shall not work in compressed air where the compressed air contractor has reason to believe that person to be under the influence of drink or a drug to such an extent that his capacity to carry out any task for which he is responsible is impaired.
(2) A person shall not consume alcohol or have with him any alcoholic drink when in compressed air.
(3) The compressed air contractor shall ensure compliance with paragraph (2).
