This Order provides for the closure of Ulster Savings, authorises three Northern Ireland departments to incur expenditure for certain purposes and enables reports of the Comptroller and Auditor General under Article 8 or 9 of the Audit (Northern Ireland) Order 1987 to be laid before the House of Commons while the Assembly is suspended.
