Article 15.

SCHEDULE REPEALS

In section 45, in subsection (2), in paragraph (a) the words “during the period specified in the order” and the words “and the sale of intoxicating liquor is ancillary to that refreshment and entertainment” and in paragraph (b) the words “that throughout that period”, in subsection (3) the words “half-past”; in subsection (5) the words “half-past” and in subsection (6) the words “during any period” and the words “during that period” where they twice occur. Sections 77 and 81. In section 84(1) the definitions of “divisional commander”, “local body”, “police division” and “table meal”; in the definition of “bar” the word “drinking” and in the definition of “housing authority” the words “local or”. In Schedule 1, in paragraph 2 the words “and address”; In Schedule 7, in paragraph 3 the words “the local body or”. In Schedule 11, in paragraph 1 the definitions of “off-licence” and “on-licence”; paragraph 3(1) and (2); in paragraph 3(3) the words from “the provisions of” to “; and” and paragraphs 4 to 18 and 20.
