Section 4: Reporting
Section 4 requires the Executive to produce a report reviewing the operation of the provisions in sections 1 and 2. This report must include the number of public service bodies specified under section 2 (section 4 (2)(a); a review of the efficiency and effectiveness of the provisions in section 1 and 2 (section 4 (2) (b) and can contain any other information the Executive deems to be appropriate. The report must be laid before the Assembly for scrutiny (section 4 (3) (a). The first report must be published within three years of Royal Assent and at subsequent intervals of no more than three years (section 4 (3) (b)).
