Credit Unions and Co-operative and Community Benefit Societies Act (Northern Ireland) 2016

Section 9: Members under 18 years old

This section substitutes section 19 of the 1969 Act to allow persons under the age of 18 to become a member of a registered society, and reduces from 18 to 16 the minimum age at which persons can hold office in a registered society.
