Adran 126 - Pwerau atodol

260.Mae’r adran hon yn rhoi’r un pwerau, hawliau, breintiau ac awdurdod i’r Tribiwnlys ag sydd gan yr Uchel Lys o ran:

  • presenoldeb tystion a holi tystion;

  • dangos dogfennau ac archwilio dogfennau; a

  • phob mater arall sy’n gysylltiedig â swyddogaethau’r Tribiwnlys.

261.Mae is-adran (4) yn rhoi pŵer i’r Tribiwnlys i gyfarwyddo bod rhaid i barti neu dyst gael ei holi ar lw neu gadarnhad. Caiff y Tribiwnlys weinyddu unrhyw lw, neu gymryd unrhyw gadarnhad, sy’n angenrheidiol at y diben hwnnw.
