22.Mae’r adran hon yn ei gwneud yn ofynnol i’r Bwrdd gyfarfod o leiaf unwaith ym mhob blwyddyn galendr. Yn ychwanegol, rhaid i’r Bwrdd gyfarfod i ystyried mater penodol os bydd Clerc y Cynulliad yn gwneud cais mewn ysgrifen i’r Bwrdd wneud hynny.
