Nationality, Immigration and Asylum Act 2002 extended in modified form — Schedule 7 amended

14.—(1) Schedule 7 (which sets out the modifications subject to which the Nationality, Immigration and Asylum Act 2002(1) applies to the Isle of Man) is amended as follows.

(2) In paragraph 1(2), for “Governor” substitute “Minister”.

(3) In paragraph 2—

Paragraph 18 refers to the version of section 92 as it stood when the principal Order was made. This Order does not update the text of that section to reflect subsequent amendments.
