Excluded provisions

1.  The following provisions of Part 1 of the 1988 Act do not extend to the Cayman Islands—

(a) Sections 44A(1), 73A(2), 98(3), 114B(4), 144(5), 144A(6), 157(7), 158, 166A(8), 166B(9), 166C, 166D(10), 172A(11) and 177;

(b) paragraphs 13, 21, 34, 36(12) and 37 of Schedule 1; and

(c) Schedule A1(13).

Section 44A was inserted by the Legal Deposit Libraries Act 2003(c.28), section 8(1).

Section 73A was inserted by the Broadcasting Act 1996 (c.55), section 138 and Schedule 9, paragraph 1.
