11.—(1) Section 54(2D) of the Police Act 1996(1) shall apply to the chief inspector of Her Majesty’s Inspectors of Constabulary in respect of the functions of Her Majesty’s Inspectors of Constabulary under these Regulations.

(2) Paragraph 4 of Schedule 4A to the Police Act 1996(2) shall apply to the functions of Her Majesty’s Inspectors of Constabulary under these Regulations.
