3.—(1) At the end of Schedule 5(1) (sums to be disregarded in the calculation of income other than earnings) to the Housing Benefit Regulations 2006 add—
“65. Any payment of child benefit.”.
(2) At the end of Schedule 4(2) (sums to be disregarded in the calculation of income other than earnings) to the Council Tax Benefit Regulations 2006 add—
“66. Any payment of child benefit.”.
Paragraph 64 was inserted by S.I. 2008/3140. It was revoked by the same instrument on 1st April 2009 or (according to the circumstances) 6th April 2009.
