1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Export Control (Liberia) Order 2006 and shall come into force on 27th July 2006.
(2) In this Order—
“the Regulation” means Council Regulation (EC) No. 234/2004 of 10 February 2004(1) as amended by Council Regulation (EC) No. 1126/2006 of 24 July 2006(2); and
“customs and excise Acts”, “assigned matter” and “prescribed sum” have the same meanings as in section 1 of the Customs and Excise Management Act 1979(3).
