5.—(1) Article 4 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004 (Commencement No 2, Transitional Provisions and Savings) Order 2004(1), in so far as it relates to the Isles of Scilly, is revoked.
(2) The Town and Country Planning (Isles of Scilly) Order 1992(2) is revoked subject to paragraph (3) of this article.
(3) For the purposes of Schedule 8 to the 2004 Act (Transitional Provisions: Parts 1 and 2) and the Town and Country Planning (Transitional Arrangements) (England) Regulations 2004(3), the provisions set out in the Town and Country Planning (Isles of Scilly) Order 1992 shall continue to have effect as if those provisions had not been revoked.
(4) The Town and Country Planning (Isles of Scilly) Order 1990(4) is revoked.
