SCHEDULE 1THE EXPLOSIVES ACT 1875

Repeals

Section 8. The words from “If the local authority assent” to “the reasons (if any) so stated by the local authority” .
Section 11. The words from “If the occupier feel aggrieved” to the end of the section.
