  • the Child Support (Northern Ireland) Order 1995(2), in Schedule 3, paragraph 3(2)

  • the Jobseekers (Northern Ireland) Order 1995(3), in Schedule 2, paragraph 4(4)

    • in Schedule 11, in paragraph (2)(d), the words “(ii) she was entitled to a maternity allowance; or”
