In section 7(1), the words “, and this Act and the Act of 1921 may be cited together as the Trusts (Scotland) Acts 1921 and 1961”.
Trustee Investments Act 1961In section 7(1), paragraph (a).

Succession (Scotland) Act 1964In section 20, the words “, and the Trusts (Scotland) Acts 1921 and 1961 shall have effect as if any reference therein to a trustee included a reference to such an executor dative”.
