Recital of Grant of Four entire Subsidies given by the Clergy of Canterbury.
III.Subsidy not payable for the Year in which First Fruits are paid.
V.Power to Collectors to levy Subsidies; may account for the same as the King and Exchequer shall appoint, as Archbishops, &c. account for the Teuth.
VI.Incumbents, &c. being monished and not paying Subsidies, Proceedings.
VII.Provise for Tender of Payment by Incumbent, &c. before Certificate exhibited into the Exchequer.
IX.Process not to issue within Twenty Days after Day prefixed for Payment.
X.Spiritual Promotions, &c. not chargeable to any other Subsidy.
XI.Deans, Archdeacons, Prebendaries, &c. of Cathedrals and Colleges, &c. how chargeable.
XIII.Proviso for Lands, &c. formerly granted for Obits, &c. and come into the Hands of King Edw. VI. under I Edw. VI. c. 14.
XVI.Proviso for Livings of £8 and not above £10 yearly Value.
XVIII.Power to Collectors to levy Subsidies by Authority of Censures of the Church, and by Sequestration, Distress, &c.
XIX.Subsidies may be levied by Distress on Farmers of Impropriations.
XX.How Lay Impropriators shall be charged for their Spiritual and Temporal Possessions.
XXI.This Act extended to the Subsidy of the Province of York.
