Regulation (EU) 2018/956 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 28 June 2018 on the monitoring and reporting of CO2 emissions from and fuel consumption of new heavy-duty vehicles (Text with EEA relevance)

[F11.By 30 April every year, starting in 2022, the Secretary of State must publish an annual report with the Secretary of State’s analysis of the data transmitted to it by manufacturers for the preceding reporting period.]
2.The analysis shall indicate, as a minimum, the performance of the heavy-duty vehicle fleet of the [F2United Kingdom] and each manufacturer in terms of the average fuel consumption and CO2 emissions for each heavy-duty vehicle group by mission profile, load and fuel combination. It shall also, where available, take into account data on the uptake of new and advanced CO2 reducing technologies, as well as of alternative powertrains. Moreover, it shall include an analysis of, where available, the results of on-road verification tests as monitored in accordance with Article 7.
