Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2016/415 of 21 March 2016 withdrawing the acceptance of the undertaking for two exporting producers and repealing Decision 2008/577/EC accepting an undertaking offered in connection with the anti-dumping proceeding concerning imports of ammonium nitrate originating in Russia

Having regard to Council Regulation (EC) No 1225/2009 of 30 November 2009 on protection against dumped imports from countries not members of the European Community(1) (the ‘basic Regulation’), and in particular Article 8 thereof,

Acceptance of the undertaking in relation to the companies JSC Acron, Veliky Novgorod, Russia and [X1PJSC Dorogobuzh], Dorogobuzh, Russia, members of ‘Acron’ Holding Company concerning imports of ammonium nitrate produced by these companies and sold to the first independent customer in the Union (Taric additional code A532) is hereby withdrawn.

Decision 2008/577/EC is hereby repealed.
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
