43Appeals against decisions on reviewS

“63CReview of decisions by Accountant in Bankruptcy: grounds of appeal
(1)For the avoidance of doubt, an appeal under a provision mentioned in subsection (2) may be made on—
(a)a matter of fact,
(b)a point of law, or
(c)the merits.
