Payment of pensions due on new rules day etc.S
10SDespite article A3 of the 1999 pensions order, the 1999 scheme rules are to continue to have effect (instead of the new scheme rules) in relation to any individual who, immediately before the new rules day, is entitled to receive a pension in accordance with the 1999 scheme rules.
