62Gwybodaeth am ystadau neu fuddiannau yn nhir y Goron

(1)Mae’r adran hon yn gymwys i ystâd neu fuddiant yn nhir y Goron nad yw’n fuddiant preifat.
(2)Caiff yr Awdurdod, at y diben o’i alluogi neu ei gynorthwyo i arfer swyddogaeth a roddir gan neu o dan y Ddeddf hon, wneud cais i awdurdod priodol y Goron i gadarnhau yn ysgrifenedig—
(a)natur yr ystâd neu fuddiant, a
(b)os yw’r awdurdod yn gwybod am berson arall a chanddo ystad neu fuddiant yn y tir, enw a manylion cyswllt y person arall (os ydynt yn hysbys).
(3)Yn is-adran (2)(b), ystyr “manylion cyswllt”, mewn perthynas â pherson, yw cyfeiriad y person ac unrhyw wybodaeth arall ynghylch sut y gellir cysylltu â’r person.
(4)Rhaid i awdurdod priodol y Goron gydymffurfio a chais o dan is-adran (2) ac eithrio i’r graddau—
(a)nad yw’r wybodaeth y gofynnir amdani o fewn gwybodaeth yr awdurdod, neu
(b)y byddai gwneud hynny yn datgelu gwybodaeth am—
(i)diogelwch gwladol, neu
(ii)y mesurau a gymerwyd, neu sydd i’w cymryd, i sicrhau diogelwch unrhyw dir neu unrhyw eiddo arall.
