Caiff yr Awdurdod gynnal ymchwiliadau ar dir i benderfynu—
(a)pa un a oes angen gwneud gweithrediadau yn ofynnol o dan adran 35 neu ba un a oes angen eu cynnal o dan adran 44, neu
(b)pa un a yw gweithrediadau yn cael eu cynnal mewn cydymffurfedd â hysbysiad a roddir o dan adran 35.
