133.Mae adran 55 yn galluogi unrhyw adolygiad a gynhelir o dan Ran 3 o Ddeddf 2013 sy’n cael ei gynnal pan ddaw Pennod 1 i rym i gael ei gwblhau o dan y trefniadau a oedd yn gymwys pan gychwynnwyd yr adolygiad. Mae hefyd yn sicrhau bod Rhan 3 o Ddeddf 2013 a’r holl orchmynion a rheoliadau a wneir o dan y Rhan honno cyn i Bennod 1 ddod i rym yn parhau i gael effaith at ddibenion adolygiadau o’r fath.
