76.Mae paragraff 2 o Atodlen 3 yn nodi diwygiadau cysylltiedig i Ddeddf 2013 a Deddf Llywodraeth Leol ac Etholiadau (Cymru) 2021 (“Deddf 2021”). Mae paragraff 2(2) yn diwygio’r trosolwg yn adran 1 o Ddeddf 2013 i gynnwys cyfeiriad at Ran 3A newydd o’r Ddeddf. Mae paragraff 2(3) yn diwygio adran 13 i ganiatáu dirprwyo swyddogaethau adolygu ffiniau etholaethau’r Senedd i aelodau penodol o’r Comisiwn a chomisiynwyr cynorthwyol. Mae paragraff 2(4) yn diwygio adran 14 o Ddeddf 2013 fel na chaiff Gweinidogion Cymru roi cyfarwyddydau i’r Comisiwn sy’n ymwneud ag arfer ei swyddogaethau mewn cysylltiad ag adolygiadau ffiniau etholaethau’r Senedd. Mae gweddill y darpariaethau yn y paragraff hwn yn gwneud mân ddiwygiadau a diwygiadau technegol.
