120.Mae Atodlen 2 yn darparu bod pob awdurdod contractio i adolygu amcanion caffael cymdeithasol gyfrifol os yw’r nodau llesiant yn cael eu diwygio, y mae rhaid i awdurdodau contractio roi sylw iddynt wrth gyflawni eu dyletswyddau o dan Ran 3 o’r Ddeddf. Mae hefyd yn galluogi awdurdodau contractio i adolygu eu hamcanion ar unrhyw adeg. Os yw awdurdod contractio yn diwygio’i amcanion, rhaid iddynt gael eu cyhoeddi cyn gynted ag y bo’n rhesymol ymarferol.
