4Ystyr “syrcas deithiol”

(1)Yn y Ddeddf hon, ystyr “syrcas deithiol” yw syrcas sy’n teithio o un man i fan arall at ddiben darparu adloniant yn y mannau hynny.
(2)Mae “syrcas deithiol” yn cynnwys syrcas sy’n teithio fel a grybwyllir yn is-adran (1) at y diben a grybwyllir yno, er bod cyfnodau pan nad yw’n teithio o un man i fan arall.
(3)Er gwaethaf is-adran (1), caiff rheoliadau bennu at ddibenion y Ddeddf hon—
(a)math o ymgymeriad, perfformiad neu adloniant sydd i’w ystyried yn syrcas deithiol;
(b)math o ymgymeriad, perfformiad neu adloniant nad yw i’w ystyried yn syrcas deithiol.
