3Ystyr “anifail gwyllt”

(1)Yn y Ddeddf hon, ystyr “anifail gwyllt” yw anifail o fath nad yw wedi ei ddomestigeiddio yn gyffredin yn yr Ynysoedd Prydeinig.
(2)Er gwaethaf is-adran (1), caiff rheoliadau bennu at ddibenion y Ddeddf hon—
(a)math o anifail sydd i’w ystyried yn anifail gwyllt;
(b)math o anifail nad yw i’w ystyried yn anifail gwyllt.
(3)Yn y Ddeddf hon, mae i “anifail” yr un ystyr ag a roddir i “animal” gan Ddeddf Lles Anifeiliaid 2006 (p. 45) (gweler adran 1).
(4)Yn is-adran (1), ystyr yr “Ynysoedd Prydeinig” yw’r Deyrnas Unedig, Ynysoedd y Sianel ac Ynys Manaw.
