Where an inquest is held on a dead body, the coroner shall send to the appropriate registrar of deaths, within five days after the inquest has been held, a certificate under his hand, giving the particulars required to be registered concerning the death, the findings with respect to those particulars, and to the cause of death, and stating the date and place at which the inquest was held; and the registrar shall, in the form and manner prescribed under the Births and Deaths Registration Acts (Northern Ireland), 1863 to 1956F1, enter the particulars concerning the death, and shall state in such entry that the information was received from the coroner.
