68.Mae adran 24 yn gwahardd swyddogion cofrestru (a phersonau sy’n eu cynorthwyo) rhag cyhoeddi, cyflenwi neu ddatgelu gwybodaeth person ifanc ac eithrio lle y caniateir iddynt wneud hynny o dan y Ddeddf hon. Diffiniad gwybodaeth person ifanc, at ddibenion adrannau 24, 25 a 26, yw unrhyw gofnod yn y gofrestr etholwyr llywodraeth leol, neu gofnod neu restr pleidleiswyr absennol sy'n ymwneud â phersonau o dan 16 oed.
