5Cynigion arbennig: prynu sawl eitem o alcoholLL+C
(1)Pan fo alcohol yn cael ei gyflenwi mewn trafodiad alcohol amleitem, mae’r isafbris cymwys i gael ei gyfrifo drwy gyfeirio at yr holl alcohol sydd wedi ei gynnwys yn y trafodiad.
(2)Cyflenwir alcohol mewn trafodiad alcohol amleitem—
(a)os y’i cyflenwir yn rhad ac am ddim drwy gyfeirio at gyflenwi alcohol arall, neu
(b)os cyflenwir alcohol arall yn rhad ac am ddim drwy gyfeirio ato,
ac, yn y naill achos neu’r llall, mae’r alcohol am ddim a’r alcohol y cyflenwir yr alcohol am ddim drwy gyfeirio ato i gael eu trin fel pe baent wedi eu cynnwys yn yr un trafodiad.
(3)Cyflenwir alcohol mewn trafodiad alcohol amleitem hefyd—
(a)os y’i cyflenwir am bris penodol a bennir drwy gyfeirio at gyflenwi alcohol arall, neu
(b)os cyflenwir alcohol arall am bris penodol a bennir drwy gyfeirio ato,
ac, yn y naill achos neu’r llall, mae’r alcohol pris penodol a’r alcohol y cyflenwir yr alcohol pris penodol drwy gyfeirio ato i gael eu trin fel pe baent wedi eu cynnwys yn yr un trafodiad.
(4)Cyflenwir alcohol mewn trafodiad alcohol amleitem hefyd os y’i cyflenwir, ynghyd ag alcohol arall, am bris penodol, ac, yn yr achos hwnnw, mae’r holl alcohol a gyflenwir am y pris hwnnw i gael ei drin fel pe bai wedi ei gynnwys yn yr un trafodiad.
(5)Ond nid yw alcohol i gael ei drin fel pe bai’n cael ei gyflenwi mewn trafodiad alcohol amleitem os cyflenwir unrhyw beth ac eithrio alcohol yn y trafodiad.
(6)Er enghraifft—
(a)mewn cynnig arbennig, cyflenwir 4 can o lager a 4 can o seidr gyda’i gilydd am bris penodol: Cr (cryfder canrannol) yw 4% mewn perthynas â’r lager, a 6% mewn perthynas â’r seidr, tra bo Cy (cyfaint) yn 440 ml ym mhob achos;
(b)gan gymryd bod I (yr isafbris uned penodedig) yn £0.50, yr isafbris cymwys am y trafodiad yw £8.80; a’r swm hwnnw yw cyfanswm y cyfrifiadau a ganlyn—
£0.50 × 4 × 1.76 = £3.52 (isafbris y lager), a
£0.50 × 6 × 1.76 = £5.28 (isafbris y seidr).
