Rhan 3: Casglu a gwaredu gwastraff

369.Yn Rhan 3 o Atodlen 2, mae paragraff 14 yn gwneud diwygiadau canlyniadol i Ddeddf Diogelu’r Amgylchedd 1990, o ganlyniad i fewnosod adran 45AA newydd. Effaith is-baragraff (2) yw gwneud adran 45A o’r Ddeddf honno yn gymwys i Loegr yn unig, ac mae is-baragraff (3) yn diddymu adran 45B.

370.Mae paragraff 15 yn diddymu adran 2 o Ddeddf Ailgylchu Gwastraff Cartrefi 2003, a oedd yn mewnosod adran 45B i Ddeddf Diogelu’r Amgylchedd 1990.

371.Mae paragraff 16 yn diddymu darpariaeth drosiannol yn Atodlen 11 i Ddeddf Llywodraeth Cymru 2006, sy’n ymwneud ag adran 45B o Ddeddf Diogelu’r Amgylchedd 1990.

372.Mae paragraff 17 yn gwneud diwygiadau canlyniadol i Fesur Gwastraff (Cymru) 2010, o ganlyniad i fewnosod adran 9A newydd o’r Mesur.
