(2)Rhaid i’r awdurdodau sy’n uno dalu costau’r pwyllgor pontio yn ôl y cyfrannau y cytunant arnynt neu, yn niffyg cytundeb, y cyfrannau a ddyfernir gan Weinidogion Cymru.
(3)Rhaid i’r awdurdodau sy’n uno ddarparu i’r pwyllgor pontio y cyfleusterau a’r adnoddau (gan gynnwys staff) a’r wybodaeth y gwna’r pwyllgor pontio (neu unrhyw is-bwyllgor i’r pwyllgor pontio) gais rhesymol amdanynt er mwyn ei alluogi i arfer ei swyddogaethau.
