Ar hyn o bryd nid oes unrhyw effeithiau heb eu gweithredu yn hysbys ar gyfer y Deddf Tai (Cymru) 2014, Adran 67.
Efallai na fydd deddfwriaeth ddiwygiedig sydd ar y safle hwn yn gwbl gyfoes. Ar hyn o bryd mae unrhyw newidiadau neu effeithiau hysbys a wnaed gan ddeddfwriaeth ddilynol wedi'u gwneud i destun y ddeddfwriaeth yr ydych yn edrych arni gan y tîm golygyddol. Gweler 'Cwestiynau Cyffredin' am fanylion ynglŷn â'r amserlenni ar gyfer nodi a chofnodi effeithiau newydd ar y safle hwn.
(1)Mae’r ddyletswydd i geisydd o dan adran 66 yn dod i ben o dan unrhyw un neu ragor o’r amgylchiadau a ddisgrifir yn is-adran (2), (3) neu (4), os yw’r ceisydd wedi cael ei hysbysu yn unol ag adran 84.
(2)Yr amgylchiadau yw bod yr awdurdod lleol yn fodlon bod y ceisydd wedi dod yn ddigartref.
(3)Yr amgylchiadau yw bod yr awdurdod tai lleol yn fodlon (pa un ai o ganlyniad i’r camau y mae wedi eu cymryd ai peidio)—
(a)nad yw’r ceisydd bellach o dan fygythiad o ddigartrefedd, a
(b)bod llety addas yn debygol o fod ar gael i’r ceisydd ei feddiannu am gyfnod o 6 mis o leiaf.
(4)Yr amgylchiadau yw—
(a)bod y ceisydd, ar ôl cael ei hysbysu yn ysgrifenedig am ganlyniadau posibl gwrthod neu dderbyn y cynnig, yn gwrthod cynnig o lety gan unrhyw berson y mae’r awdurdod yn fodlon ei fod yn addas ar gyfer y ceisydd, a
(b)bod yr awdurdod yn fodlon bod y llety a gynigir yn debygol o fod ar gael i’r ceisydd ei feddiannu am gyfnod o 6 mis o leiaf.
(5)Mae’r cyfnod o 6 mis a grybwyllir yn is-adrannau (3)(b) a (4)(b) yn dechrau ar y diwrnod yr anfonir yr hysbysiad o dan adran 84 neu’n dod ar gael i’w gasglu gyntaf.
