132Taliadau setloLL+C
(1)Caiff Gweinidogion Cymru wneud dyfarniad sy’n darparu ar gyfer cyfrifo swm taliad mewn perthynas â phob awdurdod tai lleol sy’n cadw Cyfrif Refeniw Tai.
(2)Cyfeirir at daliad o’r math a grybwyllir yn is-adran (1) yn y Rhan hon fel “taliad setlo”.
(3)Caiff dyfarniad o dan yr adran hon ddarparu ar gyfer cyfrifo’r swm cyfan neu ran o’r swm yn unol â fformiwla neu fformiwlâu.
(4)Wrth benderfynu ar fformiwla at y diben hwn, caiff Gweinidogion Cymru gynnwys newidynnau sy’n cael eu ffurfio gan gyfeirio at y cyfryw faterion y maent yn eu hystyried yn briodol.
(5)Caiff dyfarniad o dan yr adran hon ddarparu bod effaith y cyfrifiad mewn perthynas ag awdurdod tai lleol fel a ganlyn—
(a)bod yn rhaid i Weinidogion Cymru wneud taliad setlo i’r awdurdod tai lleol,
(b)bod yn rhaid i’r awdurdod tai lleol wneud taliad setlo i Weinidogion Cymru, neu
(c)mai dim yw swm taliad setlo yng nghyswllt yr awdurdod hwnnw.
(6)Nid yw is-adrannau (3), (4) a (5) yn cyfyngu ar gyffredinolrwydd y pŵer a roddir gan is-adran (1).
