Changes to Legislation

Ar hyn o bryd mae unrhyw newidiadau neu effeithiau hysbys a wnaed gan ddeddfwriaeth ddilynol wedi'u gwneud i destun y ddeddfwriaeth yr ydych yn edrych arni gan y tîm golygyddol. Gweler 'Cwestiynau Cyffredin' am fanylion ynglŷn â'r amserlenni ar gyfer nodi a chofnodi effeithiau newydd ar y safle hwn.
Personau nad ydynt yn gymwys i dderbyn cymorthLL+C
1(1)Nid yw person yn gymwys i dderbyn cymorth o dan adran 66, 68, 73 neu 75 os yw’n berson o dramor sydd yn anghymwys am gynhorthwy tai.
(2)Nid yw person sy’n ddarostyngedig i reolaeth fewnfudo o fewn ystyr Deddf Lloches a Mewnfudo 1996 yn gymwys am gynhorthwy tai oni bai bod y person hwnnw yn dod o fewn dosbarth a ragnodir gan reoliadau a wneir gan Weinidogion Cymru neu gan yr Ysgrifennydd Gwladol.
(3)Ni chaiff unrhyw berson a eithrir rhag hawlogaeth i gredyd cynhwysol neu fudd-dal tai gan adran 115 o Ddeddf Mewnfudo a Lloches 1999 (eithrio rhag budd-daliadau) ei gynnwys mewn unrhyw ddosbarth a ragnodir o dan is-baragraff (2).
(4)Caiff Gweinidogion Cymru neu’r Ysgrifennydd Gwladol ddarparu, drwy reoliadau, ar gyfer disgrifiadau eraill o bersonau sydd i’w trin fel personau o dramor sydd yn anghymwys i dderbyn cynhorthwy tai at ddiben Pennod 2 o Ran 2.
(5)Caiff person sy’n anghymwys i dderbyn cynhorthwy tai ei ddiystyru wrth benderfynu at ddibenion Pennod 2 o Ran 2 a yw person sy’n dod o dan is-baragraff (6)—
(a)yn ddigartref neu o dan fygythiad o ddigartrefedd, neu
(b)ag angen blaenoriaethol am lety.
(6)Mae person yn dod o fewn yr is-adran hon—
(a)os yw’r person yn dod o fewn dosbarth a ragnodir gan reoliadau a wneir o dan is-baragraff (2), a
(b)os nad yw’r person yn wladolyn un o wladwriaethau’r Ardal Economaidd Ewropeaidd neu’r Swistir.
