Adran 85 – Hawl i ofyn am adolygiad

168.Mae’r adran hon yn rhoi hawl i geiswyr ofyn am adolygiad o benderfyniadau a wneir o dan Bennod 2 mewn perthynas â’i achos. Disgrifir y penderfyniadau y caniateir eu hadolygu yn is-adrannau (1) i (3). Rhaid i gais am adolygiad gael ei wneud cyn diwedd cyfnod o 21 o ddiwrnodau gan ddechrau ar y diwrnod y caiff y ceisydd hysbysu am y penderfyniad o dan sylw. Caiff yr awdurdod tai lleol ganiatáu cyfnod hwy ond rhaid rhoi cytundeb i’r cyfnod hwy hwn yn ysgrifenedig.
