Adran 64 - Sut i sicrhau neu gynorthwyo i sicrhau bod llety ar gael

137.Caiff awdurdod tai lleol gynorthwyo i sicrhau llety addas i’w feddiannu gan geisydd mewn nifer o ffyrdd: drwy drefnu i berson ac eithrio’r awdurdod i ddarparu rhywbeth; drwy wneud hynny ei hun, neu drwy ddarparu a threfnu bod rhywbeth yn cael ei ddarparu i rywun ac eithrio’r ceisydd. Darperir rhestr o enghreifftiau yn is-adran (2). Mae’r rhestr yn cynnwys gwybodaeth a chyngor, cyfryngu, talu grant neu fenthyciad, gwarantau ynglŷn â thaliadau, cymorth i reoli dyled, a llety.
