34.Mae cymhwyso adran 49 o Ddeddf 1998> yn atal gweithwyr amaethyddol a’u cyflogwyr rhag cytuno ar gontract a fyddai’n osgoi’r telerau ac amodau isaf a gynhwysir mewn gorchymyn cyflogau amaethyddol.
