The said Act continued for Seven Years, &c.
Whereas an Act made in the Seaventh and Eighth Yeares of His present Majesties Reigne intituled. An Act for the more easie Recovery of Small Tythes has been by Experience found very usefull and necessary And whereas the said Act was to continue but X2 Three Yeares and to the end of the next Session of Parliament and is now near expiring Be it therefore enacted by the Kings most Excellent Majesty by and with the Advice and Consent of the Lords Spirituall and Temporall and Commons in this present Parliament assembled and by the Authority of the same That the said recited Act with all the Clauses and Powers therein contained shall continue and be in force for the space of Seaven Yeares from and after the Expiration thereof as aforesaid and from thence to the end of the next Session of Parliament and no longer.
