Coming into force

Whereas the Langstone Harbour Board have applied for a harbour revision order under section 14 of the Harbours Act 19641 and in accordance with section 7(5) of the Pilotage Act 19872;

And whereas no objections to the application have been made in accordance with paragraph 10(2)(f) of Schedule 3 to the said Act;

Now, therefore, the Secretary of State for Transport (being the appropriate Minister under subsection (7) of the said section 143), in exercise of the power conferred by that section and now vested in him4, hereby makes the following Order:
