Relaxation of restrictions on conduct of licensed betting offices
3. In section 9 of the 1963 Act (betting office licences and betting agency permits) at the end of subsection (1), there shall be inserted—
“except where the use consists of the use of the premises as a place where persons may collect amounts payable by way of winnings in respect of competitions of the kind mentioned in section 1(4A)(a) of this Act(1).”.
