DEREGULATION

This Order brings into force on 1st December 1994 the following provisions of the Deregulation and Contracting Out Act 1994:—section 22 (which amends section 119 of the Licensing (Scotland) Act 1976 in relation to Sunday opening of certain licensed premises in Scotland); andsections 23 and 24 and related entries in Schedule 17 (which provide for the repeal of the remaining provisions of the Shops Act 1950 and provisions in other enactments relating to that Act).
