3.  The provisions referred to in article 2 above are—

(a)section 22 (Sunday opening of certain licensed premises in Scotland);

(b)section 23 (repeal of Part I of the Shops Act 1950);

(c)section 24 (repeal of remainder of the Shops Act 1950);

(d)section 81 (repeals) so far as relating to the entries referred to in paragraph (e) below; and

(e)in Schedule 17 (repeals), the entries in respect of—

(i)the Shops Act 1950(1);

(ii)the Shops (Airports) Act 1962(2);

(iii)the Shops (Early Closing Days) Act 1965(3);

(iv)the Local Government Act 1972(4);

(v)the Local Government (Scotland) Act 1973(5);

(vi)the Cinemas Act 1985(6);

(vii)the Employment Act 1989(7); and

(viii)the Sunday Trading Act 1994(8).
