1852 CHAPTER 79

An Act to amend and further extend the Acts for the Inclosure, Exchange, and Improvement of Land.

WHEREAS Acts were passed in the Sessions of Parliament holden in the [8 & 9 Vict. c. 118.] Eighth and Ninth Years of the Reign of Her,Majesty, Chapter One hundred and eighteen, in the [9 & 10 Vict. c. 70.] Ninth and Tenth Years of Her Majesty, Chapter Seventy, in the [10 & 11 Vict. c. 111.] Tenth and Eleventh Years of Her Majesty, Chapter One hundred and eleven, in the [11 & 12 Vict. c. 99.] Eleventh and Twelfth Years of Her Majesty, Chapter Ninety-nine, in the [12 & 13 Vict. c. 83.] Twelfth and Thirteenth Years of Her Majesty, Chapter Eighty-three, and in the [14 & 15 Vict. c. 53.] Fourteenth and Fifteenth Years of Her Majesty, Chapter Fifty-three : And whereas it is expedient that the Provisions of the said Acts, should be amended and further extended :

Be it enacted by the Queen's most Excellent Majesty, by and with the Advice and Consent of the Lords Spiritual and Temporal, and Commons, in this present Parliament, assembled, and by the Authority of the same, as follows :
