63(1)Schedule 4A to the Police Act 1996 (further provision about Her Majesty’s Inspectors of Constabulary) is amended as follows.
(2)In paragraph 2(2)—
(a)omit paragraph (f), and
(b)for paragraph (g) substitute—
“(g)the Care Quality Commission,”.
(3)In paragraph 3(2), for paragraph (d) substitute—
“(d)the Care Quality Commission;”.
(4)In paragraph 4—
(a)omit paragraph (f), and
(b)for paragraph (g) substitute—
“(g)the Care Quality Commission,”.
