62In paragraph 7 of Schedule 2 to the Vehicle Excise and Registration Act 1994 (exempt health service vehicles)—
(a)omit paragraph (c) (together with the word “or” at the end of it), and
(b)for paragraph (f) substitute—
“(f)the Care Quality Commission.”
