7In the [1967 c. 13.] Parliamentary Commissioner Act 1967, in Schedule 2 (departments and authorities subject to investigation) the following entries shall be inserted at the appropriate places—
(a)“The Director of Passenger Rail Franchising”; and
(b)“The Rail Regulator”.
