Parliamentary disqualification etc.
8In Part III of Schedule 1 to the [1975 c. 24.] House of Commons Disqualification Act 1975, the following entries shall be inserted at the appropriate places—
(a)“The Director of Passenger Rail Franchising”; and
(b)“The Rail Regulator”.
