This Order amends the Lomond and Argyll Primary Care National HealthService Trust (Establishment) Order 1998 (S.I. 1998/2734) to substitute anew article 3 relating to the nature and functions of the trust and toamend article 4 to substitute a reference to “trustees” for thereference to “non executive directors”.
